I was struggling to write my personal statement for my Medical School Application. This book was very helpful in not just giving examples of essays, it also showed the correct writing style and the philosophy that people need to use to write the essay. Overall, I highly recommend this book for all people that are thinking of applying to Medical School and all the people that are struggling with their writing.

It was a good read. Would recommend if you have absolutely no idea how to write a personal statement but I would suggest just writing your thoughts to WHY you want to pursue medicine and try to compress that in a few thousand characters... Have a lot of people edit and revise your work and keep having the idea as to WHY you want to become a physician! Hope this helps!
